These services can be scheduled for the individual or group and are available online, by phone, or on-site if in the Denver Metro area.

Health Risk & Lifestyle Assessment
Do you live in a way that promotes health or disease? Unhealthy lifestyles account for 40% of healthcare costs and can increase risk of health complications and disease. Avoid chronic health problems by learning your risks and adopting positive lifestyle behaviors.
Take our online Health Risk Assessment and learn your personal health and lifestyle risks. This package includes online assessment to help you become aware of your levels of stress and the impact it may have on your long-term health. All packages longer than 30 minutes in duration have the option to be split into separate 30 minute increments that can be divided into separate appointments. For example a 90 minute session could be split into three 30 minute appointments spread over three weeks.
